Litigation Paralegal (Singapore)

A lean, high-performing litigation practice in Singapore is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support complex, high-value disputes.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and independent Senior Lawyer to join our client’s expanding firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Court Filings & Deadlines

  • Manage all timelines in accordance with the Rules of Court 2021 (ROC 2021)
  • Handle e-Litigation filings, including originating processes, summonses, affidavits, and submissions
  • Ensure strict compliance with court timelines, practice directions, and registrar requirements

2. Discovery & Document Management

  • Manage the full discovery process, including preparation and verification of lists of documents
  • Prepare redaction logs and coordinate document inspections
  • Handle e-discovery platforms (e.g. Relativity, Everlaw, or similar tools)
  • Summarise key documents, affidavits, and exhibits for counsel

3. Affidavits & Submissions

  • Prepare and finalise affidavits, including exhibits, annexures, pagination, and binding
  • Conduct precise cite-checking for submissions (footnotes and legal citations)
  • Prepare hearing bundles, chronologies, and supporting annexures

4. Trial & Hearing Support

  • Prepare and manage trial bundles, witness bundles, and demonstratives
  • Coordinate with the Singapore courts (including SICC / Supreme Court) on hearing logistics
  • Provide in-court or remote support during hearings

5. Vendor & Case Coordination

Act as a key coordination point for clients on document collection and updates

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal in Singapore (mid-tier or top-tier firm preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in e-Litigation system
  • Advanced Microsoft Word (formatting, styles), PDF tools, and basic Excel
