About the Role

We are seeking Junior Conveyancing Lawyers who have recently been called to the Bar to join our clients conveyancing team across several offices in Malaysia. This is an excellent opportunity for those at the start of their legal career to gain hands-on experience in property transactions and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Handle signing of conveyancing documents with clients.
• Assist with sub-sale and developer project transactions.
• Liaise with bankers, agents and clients to facilitate smooth completion of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to senior lawyers on conveyancing matters.

Requirements

• LL.B. (Hons) and recently called to the Malaysian Bar.
• Interest in conveyancing and client-facing work.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with guidance from seniors.
