Conveyancing Lawyer (2–3 PQE) | Penang

A well-established and reputable law firm in Penang is looking to expand its conveyancing team and is seeking a motivated lawyer with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of conveyancing matters, including:
  • Sale & Purchase Agreements (subsale and developer projects)
  • Loan and security documentation
  • Perfection of Transfer and Charge
  • Discharge of Charge and Receipt & Reassignment
  • Refinancing transactions
  • Tenancy agreements and other property-related documents
• Liaise with clients, developers, financial institutions and government authorities.
• Provide practical legal advice and ensure transactions are completed efficiently.
• Manage files independently while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Requirements

• Malaysian-qualified lawyer with 2–3 years’ PQE in conveyancing.
• Able to handle conveyancing files with minimal supervision.
• Good drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
