We are looking for an independent, motivated and friendly conveyancing lawyers to join our firm.
Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Conveyancing Legal Associates ( 1 & 3 Years PQE)

Handling all conveyancing and banking matters including sub-sale and purchase, financing / loan advisory, refinancing, leasing and/or tenancy, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge and all other related conveyance matters.
Experience in preparing, drafting, review and attending to sub-sale and purchase agreement, loan documentation (including individual and SME), lease and/or tenancy agreements, discharge documents, and related instruments and documents.
Preferably to have corporate & commercial knowledge, and have experience in drafting corporate agreements, i.e. shareholders’ agreement, joint venture agreements, service agreements and etc.
Liaise with clients, bankers, government officers, PTG officers and others in friendly and prompt manner.
Promptly attend to clients’ enquiry, appointments and provide regular updates on the progress of file to clients.
Monitor files closely and professionally and ensure timely completion of transactions (within deadline) and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons.) and admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor.
Possess One (1) & Three (3) years and above of post qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing and/or corporate and familiar with conveyancing (sub-sale transactions) and banking procedures.
Diligence, organized, responsible, solution oriented and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple files efficiently.
Able to travel and attend to appointment with clients, meetings and/or other assigned tasks out of office.
Possess good English written skill and communication skill in Malay, English and Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Hokkien. (added advantage)
Possess of own transport.
