-Lead and manage complex employment and labour law matters, including advisory, transactional, and contentious work.
-Advise corporate clients, multinational companies, and senior executives on employment contracts, workplace investigations, restructuring, retrenchments, and compliance matters.
-Represent clients in employment-related disputes, mediations, and proceedings before relevant tribunals and courts.
-Develop and execute strategies to grow the employment practice.
-Mentor and supervise associates within the team.
-Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and client relationship management.

-Minimum 8-15 years' post-qualification experience with substantial employment law exposure.
-Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients and generate work.
-Strong technical expertise in employment advisory and dispute resolution.
-Commercially minded with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Proven leadership and team management experience.
