Corporate Legal Associate

Overview

Our client is an established boutique law firm, seeking a dedicated Corporate Legal Associate to join their teams.

Responsibilities

• Mergers & Acquisitions: Legal due diligence, SPA for shares, business/assets, joint ventures (incorporated & unincorporated), private equity
• Commercial Contracts: Drafting & reviewing distribution, supply, manufacturing, service & agency agreements

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant corporate legal experience
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and hands-on
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively
