A lean, high-performing litigation practice in Singapore is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support complex, high-value disputes.
About the Role
We are assisting a Singapore law firm in sourcing for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with day-to-day management of litigation matters
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and court bundles
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
- Liaise with clients, courts, and relevant parties where required
- Assist in trial/hearing preparation and case management
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Support the team on administrative and procedural litigation matters
Requirements
- Malaysian-qualified lawyer (called to the Malaysian Bar)
- Preferably with 1–2 years PQE in litigation practice
- Exposure to civil and/or commercial litigation matters
- Experience in drafting cause papers, legal research, preparing bundles, and assisting in hearings/trials
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage timelines effectively
- Able to work independently while supporting the litigation team
- Willing to be based in Singapore
