Paralegal (Fully Remote)

About the Client

Our client is a reputable boutique law firm in Singapore with an established intellectual property and corporate practice. The firm advises a diverse portfolio of prominent local and international clients.

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team player to join the firm as a Paralegal. The successful candidate will be part of a highly effective team managing intellectual property portfolios, with opportunities to gain exposure to corporate and commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trade mark, patent and design prosecution matters
• Update database records and monitor statutory deadlines
• File official forms via relevant IP portals
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, including file opening, maintenance and general office matters

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a law practice or in-house legal department
• Experience in trade mark, patent and design prosecution work will be an advantage
• GCE “O” Level, “A” Level or a relevant diploma
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
