TMT / IP Tech Associate (International Firm)

Overview

Our client is a leading international law firm, seeking a talented TMT / IP Tech associate to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and works with IP Tech partners on technology-related legal issues, software licensing, data protection, e-commerce, cybersecurity, consumer laws, content regulation, platform liability, emerging technologies, IP issues and/or technology contracts, and compliance with relevant law and regulation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years post-admission experience.
• Strong technical skills with minimum upper 2nd class law degree from a well-regarded university.
• Experience in a top-tier environment will be well-regarded but not essential.
• Ability to identify issues and possession of sound judgment are essential.
• Committed and driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Outgoing personality and leadership qualities.
• Team player.
