Responsibilities
Designation : Executive, Legal & Corporate Affairs
Department : Legal & Corporate Affairs
Reporting To : Manager, Legal & Corporate Affairs
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To assist in carry out the legal and corporate affairs activities.
2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
3. To liaise with the company secretary for board resolutions, minutes of board meetings and etc.
4. To draft, vet through and review contracts, agreements, letters, proposals and other documents, which have legal statutory implications.
5. To liaise and monitor matters that are relevant to legal and regulatory bodies.
6. To collect information, research and summarize legal information for preparation of legal documents or advice in line with the assigned tasks and duties.
7. To maintain proper, accurate and up-to date registers & records of all agreements, contracts and working files.
8. To instruct and liaise with external solicitors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders on legal and corporate affairs matters.
9. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements:
Qualification
1. Candidate with at least Bachelor�s Degree in Law or equivalent.
Experience
1. At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in property development industry.
Skills
1. Possess sound knowledge of regulatory laws and legal aspects of property development.
2. Able to effectively and efficiently communicate in writing and verbally, with an aptitude for practical negotiation.
3. Able to identify legal issues and render workable solutions.
4. Good analytical and drafting skills with high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Others
1. Highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
