About the role:

We are looking for a candidate with the legal background to join our team either as Recruitment Researcher or Legal Recruitment Specialist.

We are a boutique recruitment firm specializes in recruiting lawyers, company secretary, and compliance professionals for our clients.

To be a successful recruiter, you must have industrial knowledge, enjoy interacting with people, and be service and result oriented.

We offer a decent base salary plus commission, your potential income is sky limit!

Recruitment Researcher / Legal Recruitment Specialist

There are 2 different roles:

1. Recruitment Researcher:
- to assist in searching and identifying potential candidates
- to assist in calling potential candidates to ascertain the level of interest in exploring new career move
- to assist in understanding the career direction of the potential candidates
- to assist in crafting job advertisements
- to assist in other functions as and when required

2. Legal Recruitment Specialist
- to handle the full spectrum of the recruitment process from understanding clients' hiring objective, job scope, requirements to searching for the suitable candidate, interviews, arranging the interview and others.
- to provide legal career advice to young lawyers
- to be the liaison person with the clients
- 1 to 7 years of legal or recruitment experience
- enjoy, confident and comfortable to engage and network with lawyers
- service and result oriented
- self-motivated and enjoy meeting with people
- able to take the challenge of meeting monthly sales target
