- To handle subsales, developers' cases, loan, charge, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and all other matters related to conveyancing.

- Candidates are responsible to liase with clients, developers, bankers, real estate agents and various government bodies.

- To maintain and update file status on the operating system.

- Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other type of works assigned by the firm from time to time.

- Always ensure a high level of confidentiality in the affairs of the Firm.

- candidate with working experience or background in conveyancing department for at least 1 year will be prefered.

- able to handle project, subsales and loan.

- able to work under minimal supervision and independently under a tight deadline to complete the job assigned.

- self-motivated, hardworking and meticulous person with a positive attitude and a commited team player who is both responsible and reliable.

- strong coordination and interpersonal skill.

- excellent command of both English and Malay language.

- other spoken languages and dialects is an added advantage.
