We are looking for lawyer(s) with 1-3 years of experience in conveyancing practice to join our firm. Selected candidate(s) will be exposed to as wide a range of work as possible in real estate transactions including projects development. This is a great opportunity for an associate who has developed a strong foundation in conveyancing practice with aims to grow as a leader and to handle files and/or projects effectively.

Professional Qualifications

1-3 years experience in conveyancing practice and procedure
To handle and monitor related project and/or sub-sale conveyancing and lean matters
Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Malay
Great organizational skills, attention to deal, ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, follow-up, meet deadlines, systematic and able to work independently as well as part of the team
Great leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, confidence, honest, respect
Great communication (written and verbal) interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, willing to learn
Full-time positition(s)
Possess own transport and willing to travel
