To handle Sale & Purchase Agreement and Bank Loan documentation for project and sub-sale cases;
To liaise with all parties including agents, bankers, developers, lawyers and government officials etc;
To monitor work progress closely and update work progress to all relevant parties; and
To perform other tasks as and when required.

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills;
Able to work independently under minimum supervision
