Responsibilities
- to assist /handle the preparation of Legal Documentations related to Property, in particular Loans and Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA)
- to assist / handle conveyancing files pertaining to sale and
purchase of property transaction, preparing and attending to bank security / loan documents
Requirements
* Preferably 4-5 years experience working in similar capacity
* A team player capable to work independently under minimal supervision
This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
