Manager
- Draft all relevant documents to facilitate the issuance of the new or amended rules or regulatory policies for review by the relevant Head , including consultation papers, memorandum to secure internal approval, letters or circulars.
- Procure and analyse industry feedback on the proposed rule changes for consideration and assist in procuring the relevant internal approvals required for the proposed rule changes.
- Provide or propose legal/regulatory advice, recommendation or input in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner in accordance with established precedents, where applicable and the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Monitor, analyse and highlight the relevant rules or capital market developments in benchmarked jurisdictions for consideration of the relevant Head.
- Propose improvements to processes and procedures that relate to rules within the areas of responsibility to ensure greater effectiveness, efficiency and consistency of provision of rule development and advisory services.

Senior Manager

- Bachelor degree in law (with honours) from recognised tertiary institution
- Substantial and relevant post qualifying experience of approximately 3 to 5 years in handling regulatory work or litigation or corporate matters

Senior Manager
- Bachelor degree in law (with honours) from recognised tertiary institution
- Substantial and relevant post qualifying experience of approximately 6-7 years in handling regulatory work or litigation or corporate matters
