- Manages local and overseas trademark prosecution matters from application till registration.
- Prepares and drafts trademark search advice i.e. pre-filing search advice.
- Prepares, drafts and attends to client's inquiries with regard to trademark prosecution matters (local and overseas).

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Law or others.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese will be an advantage.
- Results oriented with the ability to work independently
- Computer literate.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence.
