We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Assistant/Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide crucial support in a project that involves applying for licenses in multiple countries. This project is expected to last for 1-2 years and will involve internal coordination and communication with various functional departments to prepare application documents. Additionally, external communication with external consultants and local legal advisors will be required.

-Assist in the preparation of application documents for license acquisition in multiple countries.
-Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for the application process.
-Liaise with external consultants and local legal advisors to address any queries or issues related to the license application.
-Support the project manager in coordinating project activities and ensuring smooth progress.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documents and communications.
-Conduct research and analysis to support the project team in making informed decisions.
-Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

-Self-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
-Strong interest in Fintech and innovative business models.
-Strong academic background from well-known universities and academic institutions
-Previous working experience from reputable institutions, such as banks, accounting firms, financial institutions, regulatory agencies, etc.
-Exposure to license applications or regulatory landscape in APAC countries is preferred.
-Experience in project management or involvement in large-scale projects is a plus.
-Professional training from a reputable institution is preferred.
-Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and adhere to professional standards.
-Travel to China or Singapore from time to time is expected.
-Equivalent of PQE: 5-7 years, but professional certificates are not required.
-Bilingual and fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese is must.
