1. Policy Development and Implementation:
-Develop, update, and implement company-wide policies, procedures and processes related to integrity, ethics, and compliance
-Ensure policies, procedures and processes align with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards

2. Compliance Monitoring and Audits:
-Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits
-Collaborate with internal audit teams to identify and address potential compliance gaps and risks

3. Training and Awareness:
-Develop and deliver training programs on ethical conduct, compliance requirements, and company policies
-Foster a culture of integrity through ongoing communication and awareness initiatives

4. Investigations and Reporting:
-Investigate and address reports of ethical concerns, fraud, or policy violations
-Prepare comprehensive reports on investigation findings and present them to relevant stakeholders

5. Whistleblower Program Management:
-Oversee the whistleblower program to encourage and protect employees reporting integrity concern
-Ensure thorough and impartial investigations of whistleblower reports

6. Legal Compliance:
-Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the manufacturing industry
-Collaborate with legal teams to ensure company-wide compliance with relevant legislation

7. Risk Management:
-Identify and assess potential integrity and compliance risks with particular focus on manufacturing operations
-Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and manage identified risks

8. Global Coordination:
-Work closely with counterparts in different countries to ensure a consistent approach to integrity and compliance
-Facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practice implementation across plants

9. Continuous Improvement:
-Regularly review and enhance the effectiveness of the integrity and compliance program
-Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends

1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus but not a must

2.Total 7 to 12 years of working experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

3.Familiar with manufacturing operations and prior experience working in MNC environment

4.Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
