1) To provide legal advice to clients
2) To prepare sale and purchase agreements, financing documents and other agreements
3) To prepare receipts and reassignments, discharge of charges and perfection of documents
4) To liaise with bankers, clients and relevant authorities
5) Other related tasks assigned by partners.
1) Possess a Law Degree (LLB) from a recognized University with a valid Practising Certificate / Sijil Annual.
2) Dedicated, committed, and able to complete work within the timeline given.
3) Relevant experience will be an advantage but not a requirement.
4) Computer literate.
5) Good language and communication skills.
6) Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
