Our client, a well-established conveyancing firm in the Klang Valley, is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Lawyer or Partner to join their KL branch. This is a strategic role with strong growth potential including a direct partnership track for the right candidate.

1) Handle end to end conveyancing matters (SPA, loan agreements, property transactions)
2) Grow & manage client relationships (developers, bankers, agents, clients)
3) Lead, guide & mentor junior conveyancers and clerks
4) Ensure compliance with Malaysian property law & conveyancing practices
5) Bring in and manage your own conveyancing files (preferred)
1) Malaysian Bar admission (Advocate & Solicitor)
2) 5+ years PQE in conveyancing (developer or project SPA experience preferred)
3) Proven ability to bring in files and clients
4) Strong leadership & networking skills



This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
