- Handle a diverse range of corporate and commercial litigation matters, including shareholder and director disputes, land and property issues, fraud and conspiracy claims, trust and fiduciary litigation, insolvency-related cases, with some exposure to intellectual property disputes.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, and correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and case strategies.
- Engage directly with clients and counsel to manage litigation files effectively.

- 1 to 4 years PQE.
- Litigation experience in corporate and commercial matters is essential.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrates initiative, is a team player, and has a genuine interest in dispute resolution.
- Experience or interest in fraud, insolvency, and trust matters is an added advantage.
