-Drafting and reviewing on wide range of legal agreements, including IT agreements, procurement type services agreements, collaboration agreements, confidential information and other similar related agreements.
-Carrying out legal research in relation to legal issues arising from legal agreements/documents and business operations
-Providing legal solutions to management and stakeholders, including advising on legal risks, contractual obligations and strategies to enable overall attainment of business goals
-Reporting, stamping
-Advising the business on updates and development in the law
-Any other duties of an in-house counsel

-Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or equivalent LLB qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions
-3 years of PQE onwards
-Experience in corporate and commercial matters
-Experience in insurance business and drafting of insurance agreements is not a prerequisite but an additional advantage
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-A team player, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
