The Role:

As a junior to mid-level Associate, you will handle a broad range of high-value marine asset finance, banking, and project finance transactions across key Asia-Pacific markets (Korea, PRC, Hong Kong, Singapore). You will work alongside top-tier partners on market-leading deals, with responsibilities including:

1)Drafting and negotiating financing/leasing documentation.
2)Conducting legal research and due diligence.
3)Supporting client relationship and file management.

1) A qualified lawyer in Singapore, England & Wales, or a common law jurisdiction.
2) 3 to 6 PQE of proven finance law experience (asset, project, or banking finance) from a leading private practice, especially maritime finance practice. Ideally gained at a leading Singapore, UK or US firm.
3)Strong academic credentials and exceptional attention to detail.
4)A commercially astute, intellectually curious, and resilient team player.
5)Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
