Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist in handling complex corporate, commercial, and civil litigation matters across various stages of proceedings

2) Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and legal opinions

3) Support counsel in case strategy, trial preparation, and hearings

4) Review evidence and manage documentation for high-value and high-profile disputes

5) Liaise with clients, co-counsel, and instructing solicitors as required
Key Requirements:

1) Qualified lawyer with 1-4 years' PQE

2) Solid experience in corporate/commercial litigation and/or civil litigation

3) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

4) Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle complex matters

5) Genuine passion for litigation and advocacy
