Key Responsibilities

1)Draft, review, and negotiate tech-related commercial contracts for a financial services client.

2)Advise on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to technology and commercial agreements.

3)Work closely with internal and client teams to ensure contracts are aligned with business requirements.

4) Support commercial decision-making by providing practical, clear legal guidance.

Key Requirements

1) Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years PQE.

2) Solid experience in tech/commercial contracts within the financial services sector.

3)Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

4)Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

5)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
