Key Responsibilities

1) Review, analyze, and provide commentary on custody agreements.

2) Ensure agreements comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

3) Work efficiently under tight deadlines to complete high-volume document reviews.

4) Liaise with internal teams and clients to clarify terms and resolve queries.

Key Requirements

1) Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years PQE.

2) Banking lawyers preferred, but experienced corporate lawyers with strong contract review skills are also welcome.

3) High attention to detail and accuracy.

4) Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

5) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
