1. M&A & Corporate Transactions

-Lead and support M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
-Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and other corporate transaction documents.
-Provide legal guidance on joint ventures, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives.

2. Legal Advisory & Risk Management

-Act as a trusted business partner, providing proactive advice on commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
-Advise on high-risk legal issues to safeguard organizational interests.
-Support cross-border transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation

-Represent the organization in negotiations and legal discussions with external parties, including counterparties and advisors.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel, managing outsourced legal work when necessary.

-Qualified lawyer with at least 15 years of legal experience, including significant experience in M&A transactions.
-Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial agreements, and regulatory frameworks.
-Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
-Proven ability to handle multiple complex matters and provide practical, business-focused legal solutions.
