1) Handle Sub-Sale Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA)

2) Prepare and manage Sub-Sale Loan Documentation

3) Liaise with banks, clients and agents

4) Manage files from opening to completion
1) Minimum 2 years experience in sub-sale conveyancing

2) Able to handle sub-sale SPA independently

3) Candidates with strong sub-sale loan experience are encouraged to apply

4) Mandarin-speaking preferred (client-facing role)

5) Responsible and able to work independently
