Our client is a well-established boutique law firm with multiple offices across West Malaysia is expanding its conveyancing team and is seeking a senior conveyancing professional to lead its Sungai Petani operations.

1) Handle SME loan documentation and conveyancing matters

2) Supervise junior clerks handling housing project files

3) Monitor workflow, timelines and file quality

4) Liaise with bankers, developers, clients and land offices

5) Support the Partner in operational and team matters
1) Minimum 5-20 years experience in conveyancing (SME & banking)

2) Strong hands-on exposure to loan documentation and project files

3) Experience supervising or guiding junior staff

4) Mandarin proficiency is an advantage



This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
