1) To conduct trials independently and represent clients in court proceedings.

2)To manage case management processes, including e-review and electronic filing systems.

3)To attend Court for both contentious and non-contentious matters.

4)To draft and prepare cause papers, pleadings, and other court documents.

5)To prepare well-reasoned legal opinions and provide strategic legal advice to clients.

6)To handle settlement negotiations and draft settlement agreements and related documentation.

7)To provide regular case updates to clients and effectively manage the progress of files to ensure timely completion and compliance with court timelines.

1)Minimum 5 years� post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice.

2)Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong initiative.

3)Capable of managing multiple assignments concurrently, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver work within stipulated timelines.

4) Possesses a strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft and communicate clearly and professionally.

5) Ability to converse in Mandarin.
